Regulatory Compliance
Robinson Noble professionals have extensive expertise in supporting our clients through the often complex layers of federal, state, and/or environmental regulations. Several of us are former environmental regulators, and we are experienced in working with a wide range of stakeholders to achieve consensus on potentially contentious and complex environmental issues. We are also experienced with preparing permit applications such as SWPPP and NPDES permits for projects involving remediation or removal of contaminants. When it becomes necessary to negotiate environmental requirements on a specific site, we offer a long track record of successful negotiations with environmental agencies. Environmental monitoring (e.g., following remediation of a contamination site) is a key element of regulatory compliance, and we offer extensive experience in designing and implementing monitoring programs, as well as interpreting environmental data collection during monitoring activities.
